Hard problems.
Human answers.

Matthew Edgerton is a technology entrepreneur and strategist whose career has been shaped by a single conviction: that technology must be held accountable to the people it is meant to serve. He has pursued that conviction from leading global go-to-market strategy at Accenture's Microsoft Cloud First division to founding Cogensus, an AI-powered digital health platform designed to fight cognitive decline, reduce loneliness, and support older adults and their caregivers.

The company grew from something personal: watching his own family navigate the challenges of cognitive decline, and recognizing how little support existed for the people living through it — patients, families, and caregivers alike. That experience became a mission to build technology that genuinely serves a diverse and aging population.

Beyond the company, Matthew is a published author — his haiku collection Journey Along the Edge was released in 2024 — and a recognized subject matter expert and contributor to international AI governance and climate technology frameworks through the United Nations ITU Focus Group on AI for Environmental Efficiency. His written work spans enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, media and entertainment, and the human dimensions of innovation.
